I hope you all are having a fabulous Monday! It is such a gorgeous day! The warm sun is shining and flowers are blooming, I love love love weather and days like this. Lately I’ve been craving salads, fresh veggies and fruits and I wanted to share with all of you one of my favorite healthy treats. You can eat these as a snack or they’re deliciously perfect as a dessert or evening treat.
One of my favorite treats I love to eat is frozen yogurt and we used to have a great little place in town, but sadly, it closed recently. So since then I have been trying to get my fro yo fix else where. To help get that fro yo tart taste and satisfy my fresh fruit cravings I love to take strawberries, dip them in vanilla greek yogurt and then pop them in the freezer for a cool and tasty treat after a workout or dessert. They’re so good and super easy to make. You have to give them a try!
