How to Whiten Your Teeth

Hello Loves!

One question that I get a lot that doesn’t pertain to what I do for a living or what I like to do in my free time (yeah… like I get free time), is “how do you get your teeth so white?” Well, it didn’t come easily and what works for me, might not work for someone else. But I’m going to let you in on my teeth whitening secret weapons.

For years I have tried strip after strip and gel after gel with only minimal results. That is before I came across Crest 3D White product line! The line consists of whitening strips, toothpastes, toothbrushes, rinses and floss… You don’t have to use the whole line in order to get a pearly white smile. I’m not a fan of whitening strips so I don’t use those and for the most part, I feel like a toothbrush is a toothbrush. What I do use is their toothpaste in either Vivid or Glamourous White and their Multi-Care Whitening Rinse.

I use their the toothpaste every time I brush my teeth because not only does it whiten your teeth but it also protects your teeth from future stains and those pesky cavities. Depending on how stained your teeth are you might want to use the whitening rinse everyday, but since my teeth are already pretty white I only use it once or twice a week. The directions say to swish it around your mouth for 60 seconds, but I pour a little in my mouth right before I step into the shower. This way I’m not just standing around swishing away, and by the time I’m done shampooing and conditioning my hair the time has flown by.

xoxo,
Amy

So there you have it! My white smile secret weapon! How do you keep your smile gorgeously white?
