Be Daring: Restyle Your Office Wardrobe

Hello loves!

I used to work in an office so I know first hand how easy it is even for a fashion-lover to get stuck in a boring office wardrobe rut. But it’s easy to get out of your rut when you decide to mix things up a bit. And you don’t have to run out and buy a new wardrobe every time you find yourself in a style rut! Just “shop” your closet and restyle the clothes you already own. I love to “shop” my closet 2 to 3 times a year because you will be amazed at how many things you come across that you totally forgot you even owned. Another tip to keep in mind when you “shop” your closet is that it is a great time to clean out your closet and purge it of clothes you don’t wear and can’t picture yourself wearing in the foreseeable future.

Getting back to the office attire. I dare you to restyle your work wardrobe with unexpected pieces. I love love love this look below! Sequins just aren’t for going out at night anymore, when you pair a sequin top with blazer like Cori from la vie petite did here, you create a look that is stylish, new and office appropriate. I also love to use statement accessories such as bib necklaces and statement stilettos to transform a plain and boring outfit. Statement accessories can really make an ensemble pop and no one will notice your plain duds when you are rocking eye-catching statement pieces.

What are your favorite ways to restyle clothes in your closet? How do you keep your office wardrobe interesting?

xoxo,
Amy

  1. I love the idea of trying sequins with a blazer, and it’s a look I do for my job (in the fashion industry). But, I can’t see this working in a law office or a Fortune 500 company.

  2. It’s hard to find your page in google. I found it on 22 spot, you should
build quality backlinks , it will help you to increase
traffic. I know how to help you, just type in google – k2 seo tricks
