Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte Healthy Alternatives

Hello loves!

Happy first day of September! You know it’s officially fall when Starbucks starts brewing their famous Pumpkin Spice Latte and this year you can get your first fix in just a few days on September 4! While this flavored cup of Joe is yummy, even the lighter version is loaded with calories! A Pumpkin Spice Latte with non-fat milk and no whipped cream as a Tall (12 oz.) is 216 calories, a Grande (16 oz.) is 288 calories and a Venti (20 oz.) is 360 calories!!

Instead, try to save yourself a few dollars and calories with these lighter alternatives… not to mention you make these in your own kitchen so it also saves you a trip and you can control exactly what you put into your latte. That’s a win-win if you ask me!

Light Pumpkin Spice Latte recipe that I found on With Style & Grace.

I have a love affair with my Keurig, so in the fall I enjoy the Green Mountain Coffee’s Pumpkin Spice k-cups.

If you love the coffee you currently brew every morning, but would love a little hint of delicious pumpkin to spice up your regular cup of Joe here are two great options to try. Instead of using your regular creamer swap it our for my favorite Coffee-Mate Pumpkin Spice liquid creamer. It’s also available in powder creamer, but I’m not a fan of any powder creamers.

If creamers are too syrupy for you, grab a carton of Silk’s Pumpkin Spice, which is available seasonally.

What is your favorite way to add flavor to your coffee?

xoxo,
Amy
