It’s sad when the favorite part of working out for me is my new deodorant. Yup, that’s right, I said it. My favorite part of my workout is my new deodorant.
I’ve worked out on a regular basis for a couple years now and I still hate it. I hate making myself do it, I hate actually doing it and I hate it afterwards. I know supposedly working out releases endorphins and you’re suppose to feel all awesome and pumped up after a workout. Clearly, I’m lacking the workout endorphins.
Even though I loathe working out I have been putting more effort in to it lately because I’ve started a new weight loss journey. With all this protein I have to eat day after day I figure I might as well take advantage of all this protein. When I workout I sweat… a lot… I might hate working out but I must be doing something right. So naturally I absolutely hate the workout stink. But I’ve come across the Secret Clinical Strength series of deodorant and I am in love! I’m actually using their new Stress Response deodorant serene citrus scent and I’m not even kidding when I say this stuff works well beyond 24 hour protection and it lasts through a whole workout!! When I’m done working out I still smell all citrus-like! This totally blows my mind so I absolutely had to share this with you guys!
Have you guys tried Secret’s Clinical Strength series? What do you think of it?
