Easily Transition your Wardrobe from Summer to Fall

Easily Transition Your Wardrobe From Summer to FallHello loves!

While summer isn’t over yet (thankfully) now is the perfect time to start planning ahead. It’s time to break out the credit card and update your wardrobe! Need a little push or way to justify adding to your closet? These pieces are pulling double (and some even triple!) duty. The pieces I’m showing you today are the perfect pieces to help transition your wardrobe from the last dog days of summer into the crisp, pumpkin spice latte filled air of fall.

Take for instance the Monrow dress, it’s light-weight and casual knit dress that you can still rock this summer with a cute pair of sandals and as we cross off the days until fall you can add a chunky brown belt around the waist, slip on a pair of cute flats or boots, and throw on a fierce felt hat such as the Halogen hat pictured below. As the weather turns cooler you can even toss on the army green jacket by Caslon!

Every girl needs a comfy flannel shirt in her wardrobe whether you’re a country girl or not. Rock it on those cool summer nights with rolled up sleeves and a sexy pair of shorts. Headed to an outdoor concert? Throw on a pair of cowgirl boots… and yes, I mean with the shorts! As we roll into September and October you can rock it with a pair of AG Jeans!

Speaking of those sexy skinny jeans they always look great with a loose-fitting tee like the one below from Topshop. Fringe is still a trend on fire and I love wearing it with these kick ass pair of heels by Steve Madden. Transitioning from summer to fall is also the perfect excuse to head to Nordies for a new handbag and Naked palette by Urban Decay. These looks can even help you transition into winter… but I don’t even want to think about cold, ice, and snow yet!
